Byrant Reeves: Big Country plays with the big cows now
This professional basketball player’s career didn’t last long, as his first ever draft pick with the Vancouver Grizzlies sadly ended before it even began. Apparently Reeve’s experience chronic back pain which prevented him from playing, so at the ripe young age of 27 he took the money from his sweet NBA contract and purchased a 300 acre cattle ranch in Oklahoma for his retirement investment.
Adrian Dantley: superstar to super guard
Dantley went from scoring a record setting 23,000 points over 15 years in the NBA to working as a crossing guard in Maryland to help kids cross the street safely. Rumour has it this retired NBA player needs the money and health benefits, but Dantley vouches it’s because he wants to help children rather than moping around the house.
