1. Dolly Parton

Country girl Dolly burst onto the music scene in the late ’60s but it wasn’t until 1973 when she released world renowned song “Jolene” that she got the recognition she deserved.

Parton has been keeping busy throughout her career and is considered the most honoured female country star of all time. As well as music, Dolly has credentials in other areas of the entertainment business including producing, acting and philanthropy.

2. Eddie Rabbitt

Rabbitt became more established as a country star when he toured with the likes of Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers in the late ’70s. His debut single “Every Which Way But Loose” really thrust him into the spotlight.
