The average age of our hair turning grey in colour is incredibly 32, but in terms of your hair turning white, you can expect that to turn towards your late 50s- early 60s.

So for a baby to be born with white hair is quite a peculiar thing, this was the case for little baby Bence, who was born in Székesfehérvár, Hungary, with a full head of stark white hair.

Many people associate white hair with albinism as pictured above, but when doctors did all the necessary tests, they proved Bence didn’t have the congenital disorder.

It was a worrying time for both mother and Doctors as they knew nothing about poor little Bence’s possible condition, but he was a happy healthy baby so that was all that really mattered at the time.
