With Super Bowl 50 just days away, like all football fans we are trying to predict the outcome ahead of Sunday’s championship game.

After an impressive 15-1 record in the 2015 season, Carolina Panthers are the bookmakers favourites at 2/5, with Denver Broncos out at 2/1.

With the Super Bowl experience of Peyton Manning and his team mates, the Broncos will be hoping to stop Cam Newton from leading the Panthers to their first ever win.

Like all sport, on the one-off occasion anything can happen, but here are the 5 reasons why we feel the Broncos will be crowned champions this weekend.

1. Wide Receiver Options

Denver Broncos vs. Miami Dolphins

With Emmanuel Sanders and top receiver Demaryius Thomas, the Broncos certainly have strength and depth in their offence.

Sanders, 28, can dash 40-yards in a phenomenal 4.41 seconds whereas Thomas is widely put in the league’s top 10 receivers.

The Panthers’ Josh Norman will certainly have his hand’s full on Sunday.

2. Peyton’s Experience

At 39, Peyton Manning has been there done that, got the Super Bowl ring.

He may not be the dominant quarterback he once was, but his experience is likely to help him and his team in the big moments.

Whether you are a Manning fan or not, you cannot deny the man a possible last Super Bowl win, can you, Cam?

3. Emerging Run Game

It may have not been their most impressive part of their game, but the Broncos’ running game is slowly improving.

With 210 rushing yards in their final game of the regular season and hitting 99-yards in their last eight games, the Broncos are on the charge.

4. Defense

The 2015 statistics don’t lie; the Denver Broncos have the best defense in the league.

Ranking No.1 in total yards allowed, passing yards allowed and third in rushing yards against, the Broncos can be proud of their defense this season.

With Aqib Talib, Chris Harris, Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware, they have seriously strong unit.

5. Must Win

As mentioned this could be Manning’s final game for the Broncos before a well-deserved retirement.

The Broncos QB all but confirmed his retirement after telling the press on Opening Night: “this could be my last rodeo”.

The pure fact it could be his (and a few other experienced player’s) last chance to win the Super Bowl will surely spur them onto victory on Sunday.
